Why can I not log in after signup?

Email/password accounts must be activated from the email link before dashboard access is allowed. If the link expired, request a new activation email from the login screen.

Google

Does Google login need activation?

No. Google login uses Google's verified email claim, so those accounts can enter the dashboard immediately after successful OAuth login.

Verification

Why do I need KYC or KYB?

Verification helps Sole Pay apply limits, satisfy compliance checks, and unlock higher-risk products such as settlement, payouts, and production API access.

Why did I receive several callbacks?
