Help Center

Answers before you open a ticket.

Find practical answers for account access, payment checkout, crypto delivery, verification, and merchant support.

Account and access

Common questions about login, signup, activation, and verification.

Activation

Why can I not log in after signup?

Email/password accounts must be activated from the email link before dashboard access is allowed. If the link expired, request a new activation email from the login screen.

Google

Does Google login need activation?

No. Google login uses Google's verified email claim, so those accounts can enter the dashboard immediately after successful OAuth login.

Verification

Why do I need KYC or KYB?

Verification helps Sole Pay apply limits, satisfy compliance checks, and unlock higher-risk products such as settlement, payouts, and production API access.

Payments and checkout

How hosted checkout and crypto delivery fit together.

Checkout

What does a checkout order contain?

A checkout order includes fiat currency, amount, receiving crypto asset, network, wallet address, email, redirect URL, and callback URL.

Crypto

Which assets should I start with?

Most merchants start with stablecoins such as USDT and USDC on common networks, then add more assets after testing limits, fees, and settlement behavior.

Webhooks

Why did I receive several callbacks?

Payment providers retry callbacks until they receive a successful acknowledgement. Your endpoint should return a success response after storing the payload.
